This stunning table has been created using timber retrieved from a 300 year- old Mountain Ash tree that was salvaged from a property in Gembrook. (Opposite Puffing Billy). The tree's large limbs were posing a danger to residents and were subsequently cut down.
The dimensions of this table are 2600mm x 1200mm wide making it very rare.
The base has been constructed using Ash timber and hand inlayed, band of Fossilised Red Gum timber that has been carbon dated to be between 5 -7 thousand years old.
The table has been hand burnished using Liberian Oil, which is non-toxic and leaves a durable, natural finish.
